Valspar Acquires Madison Chemical Industries

(BUSINESS WIRE) – The Valspar Corporation announced today that it has completed the purchase of Madison Chemical Industries, Inc., a coatings manufacturer headquartered in Ontario, Canada. Madison was founded in 1975 and has developed a global reputation for its technically-advanced products used for critical infrastructures such as water transmission pipelines, water and wastewater management, and potable water storage.
