We support the on-boarding of new hires by scheduling regular progress checks. We provide expert advice during this critical period, through personal calls with the executive and hiring manager, and via a series of First100Days℠ newsletters. Finally, we round off with a survey and an on-boarding report.

We supplement interviews with a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)1, a psychometric assessment. We assess a candidate’s strengths, limitations and motivations to complement our insights into behaviours and ways of working,

We are also certified to undertake extended assessments when required, using the Hogan Development Survey, the only validated personality assessment that identifies the dark side of personality.

Behavioral Interviews

We structure in-person interviews and apply Targeted Selection1 methodology to assess a person’s fit, using past behaviour as a predictor of future behaviour on the job.

Step 3

Reference Interviews

We interview references nominated by finalists to provide further insight into the experience and constitution of the prospective hire.

First100Days℠ Onboarding Support

Our work does not end when a person is hired. We support on-boarding through a structured process, including regular interactions with new hires, for coaching and feedback. We make sure that hiring managers and HR are alerted to the needs of the newly-hired executive.
