Bobst has updated its Masterfold 170, 230, and 300 folder-gluers for corrugated board converting with improved safety, connectivity, and production efficiency. The machines are now connected to Bobst Connect, allowing remote job setup and faster changeovers. Bobst says setup times can be reduced by up to 20 minutes, helping converters manage shorter deadlines.
IP has ceased operations at four US facilities in Kentucky, Illinois, California, and New Jersey as part of its network optimization strategy.
