Borouge International has appointed Roland Janssen as CCO, effective 1 October 2026, as the company continues to advance its integration and growth priorities. Janssen will be based at Borouge International’s headquarters in Vienna and succeeds Stefan Doboczky, who is leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity.
Inge Massen-Biemans will become Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) effective November 1, 2026. Inge will report directly to Dimitri de Vreeze, CEO of dsm-firmenich. She succeeds Katharina Stenholm, who has decided to step down from the role at the end of 2026 to pursue other interests, after developing and executing the company’s sustainability program over the past three years.
The Hamburg site supplies products for the cosmetics and personal care industry and the Bitterfeld site produces chlorosilanes, the company said, adding that these businesses will continue, concentrated mainly at larger German sites.
Albemarle Corporation announced that Ragnar “Rag” Udd has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2027. Udd will also join the Albemarle Board of Directors. Kent Masters, Chairman and CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board upon Udd joining the Company.
Williams has completed its approximately $5.5bn acquisition of Momentum Midstream, expanding the natural gas company’s gathering and transmission footprint in the US Haynesville Shale. The consideration consists of around $3.5bn in cash and debt, plus roughly $2bn of Williams equity.
