Magnus Heimburg, new CFO of Perstorp

Magnus Heimburg has been appointed new CFO of Perstorp Holding AB as of December 1, 2014. Magnus is an experienced senior executive with experience from various management positions in companies like Scancem and Swedish Match. During the last eight years, Magnus has worked for Preem as CFO, leading a centralized finance function with around 140 employees.
 
“I’m very excited to be able to welcome Magnus as a highly experienced and senior executive to the Perstorp Group and as the newest member to the executive leadership team”, Perstorp President & CEO Jan Secher comments on today’s announcement. “We have ambitious growth and profitability targets in the strategic plan, and I truly look forward to working with Magnus to realize this plan.”

Magnus is 47 years old and holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden.

Chemours announced its CFO Jonathan Lock has resigned from all positions within the company, according to an SEC 8-K filing on April 23. The resignation comes in the aftermath of the company announcing that Lock, former CEO Mark Newman, and principal accounting officer Camela Wisel, had been placed on administrative leave.
