A. Schulman Appoints Brent Middleton As VP, General Manager, U.S. And Canada

(RTTNeWs) – A. Schulman, Inc. announced the appointment of Brent Middleton as Vice President or VP and General Manager, United States and Canada. Middleton will be responsible for driving further growth in the company’s and Canadian business and will become a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
 
In addition, the company announced that Gustavo Perez will become Vice President and General Manager, Latin America, to specifically focus on growing and developing the region.
 
The company noted that Middleton served 18 years with Dionex Corporation in various positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Service and Corporate Marketing.

Chemours CFO Jonathan Lock resigns following code of ethics violations

Chemours announced its CFO Jonathan Lock has resigned from all positions within the company, according to an SEC 8-K filing on April 23. The resignation comes in the aftermath of the company announcing that Lock, former CEO Mark Newman, and principal accounting officer Camela Wisel, had been placed on administrative leave.
