Jarchem is a manufacturer and supplier of speciality chemicals and nature-based materials, that produces food ingredients for a wide variety of applications, including in dairy, baking, flavouring, and wine and beer filtration.

“The Jarchem team is thrilled to partner with Vertellus to bring our compelling product portfolio to more customers around the world,” said Jarchem’s managing director, Art Hein. “As consumers increasingly seek natural, healthy alternatives to conventional products, together our companies are well-positioned for long-term growth.”

The combined company has an attractive position in high-growth markets and is poised for continued, long-term success.”
