Three add responsibilities at J.M. Smucker

Two individuals have been promoted at The J.M. Smucker Co., and one other has been elected a corporate officer at the Orrville-based company.

Joseph Stanziano has been elected to corporate officer and will assume the role of senior vice-president and general manager of Consumer Foods. A 20-year veteran of the company, Mr. Stanziano currently is vice-president and general manager of U.S. Retail Consumer Foods.

Kevin G. Jackson has been promoted to senior vice-president of U.S. Retail Sales and Market Development Organization. A 15-year veteran of Smucker, Mr. Jackson has held leadership roles with the Consumer Foods, Coffee and Foodservice businesses, most recently as vice-president of U.S. Retail Sales and Market Development Organization.

David J. Lemmon has been named president of Canada and International, and U.S. Away From Home. A 23-year veteran of the company, Mr. Lemmon has been president of Canada and International since May 2016, and is adding the Away From Home division (formerly Foodservice) to his responsibilities.

Mr. Lemmon will continue to report directly to Mark T. Smucker, president and chief executive officer. Mr. Stanziano and Mr. Jackson will continue to report to Steven Oakland, vice-chairman and president of U.S. Food and Beverage.

They embody our unique culture, and we are excited to have them play even more significant roles in the continued growth of The J.M. Smucker Co.”
