Elementis CEO David Dutro To Retire

(RTT News) – Elementis Plc., a specialty chemicals company, Tuesday said its Group Chief Executive David Dutro has expressed the desire to retire sometime in 2016. Dutro has been with Elementis for 17 years and 2015 marks his ninth year as Group CEO.
 
The Board is undertaking a search process from within and outside the company to identify and appoint a successor to Dutro.
 
Dutro remains focused on driving the company’s strategic and operating plans and is committed to fully supporting the Board in managing a successful transition.

Soda ash producer WE Soda plans IPO, London share listing

WE Soda (London), a major producer of soda ash, said it intends to launch an IPO and apply to list its shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The company, wholly owned by industrial conglomerate the Ciner Group (Istanbul, Turkey), said it is the world’s largest producer of natural soda ash.
