Synergy Machinery and Sidel India have appointed Ashish Deshpande as managing director, reinforcing the leadership of both businesses as they seek to accelerate growth, deepen customer partnerships and expand their sustainable packaging solutions across India and international markets.
The appointment comes as Synergy Machinery continues to broaden its integrated packaging and bottling offering for the beverage, food, home and personal care (FHPC) sectors.
Working in partnership with Sidel India, the company provides end-to-end production line solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, optimise resource consumption and support manufacturers’ sustainability objectives.
Deshpande will lead both organisations through their next phase of expansion, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, broadening the companies’ technology portfolio and helping manufacturers improve productivity while reducing their environmental impact.
