Lactalis has released a statement announcing Philippe Palazzi’s departure from his role as CEO of the company after just over a year, effective 3 February.
In the statement, Emmanuel Besnier, the company’s president and primary shareholder, thanked Palazzi “for his investment and his energy which made it possible to achieve the financial objectives for the year 2021”.
Palazzi was appointed CEO of Lactalis commencing 1 January 2021. He said that he wishes “Emmanuel Besnier and the Lactalis teams every success in pursuing the profitable and responsible growth that will ensure the future of this French family company”.

Never Never gin will be sold through Asahi’s alcohol division, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB).
