International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (NYSE:IFF) (Euronext Paris:IFF) a leading innovator of sensory experiences that move the world, today announced it recently appointed Dionisio ‘Denis’ Ferenc to the position of Vice President, Global Fine Fragrances. In his new role, Mr. Ferenc will continue to drive the IFF Fine Fragrance strategy globally and will execute against the Company’s Vision 2020 business strategy.
Mr. Ferenc has more than 20 years of experience in the fragrance industry. He joined IFF Argentina in 1994 as sales account manager and has since held commercial and managerial roles of increasing responsibility within both the Fragrances and Flavors businesses in Latin America, including Country Manager – Brazil, and most recently Vice President, Regional General Manager Fragrances – Latin America, a role he has held since 2007. In that capacity, he was instrumental in strengthening IFF’s market position to that of the number one fragrance company in Latin America by driving differentiation for the Company’s key brands and customers.
Mr. Ferenc earned both his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a degree in agricultural production from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Located in Talcahuano, a region renowned for its seafood and fruit production and exports, the warehouse represents a strategic enhancement of the local cold chain infrastructure.
Never Never gin will be sold through Asahi’s alcohol division, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB). According to the company, the acquisition – which won’t impact daily operations – will enable Never Never’s premium gin to reach a wider customer base while enhancing support and product offerings for existing customers.
