Turkey’s Yildiz Holding to sell dairy unit to France’s Lactalis -source

(Reuters) – Turkey’s largest food company, Yildiz Holding, will sell its Ak Gida dairy unit to France’s Lactalis, scrapping plans to float the business, a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
 
Earlier this year, Yildiz said it had applied to Turkey’s capital markets board to seek clearance for an initial public offering. (Reporting by Asli Kandemir; Writing by David Dolan; Editing by Nick Tattersall)
