Thyssenkrupp Nucera agreed to acquire technology assets from Danish company Green Hydrogen Systems for an undisclosed sum to boost its position in the global green hydrogen market. The agreement includes intellectual property as well as a test facility with a full-size prototype in Skive, Denmark, the company said Friday. The purchase price will be settled entirely from available liquid funds, it added.
