Barilla Group has named Oddone Incisa as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 15.
Incisa has amassed more than 25 years of global leadership experience in finance and risk management, holding various leadership positions across Europe and the Americas, Barilla said. Some of Incisa’s previous positions include CFO for Basildon, England-based machinery manufacturer CNH and chief executive officer of Turin, Italy-based FCA bank.
“Oddone’s appointment reflects our commitment to integrating financial strategy, digital innovation, and sustainability under unified leadership,” said Gianluca Di Tondo, CEO of Barilla Group. “His international experience and transformation expertise will be invaluable as we continue to pursue our long-term growth objectives.”

Andrew Archambault, US president at The Hershey Co., is leaving the chocolate and snack maker next month after just over a year at the company. Plans call for Archambault to depart on May 1, Hershey said April 14 in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
