I am an international people and business leader with extensive experience shaping organisations, leaders and cultures across markets, industries and business models.
Over a senior career, including extensive leadership experience at HEINEKEN, Tetra Pak, Borealis and other companies, I have worked at the intersection of business strategy, people, culture and organisational performance. My geographical experience spans North and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, the UK, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. Having lived and worked in Austria, Turkey, the UAE, the Netherlands and Belgium, I have developed a deep appreciation for the cultural, commercial and organisational dynamics that shape international businesses and their leaders.
My experience spans FMCG, packaging, oil and gas and retail, giving me exposure to different business models, commercial realities and organisational challenges. This has shaped my understanding of how business strategy translates into organisational capabilities, how leadership requirements evolve with business needs, and why the right combination of experience, mindset and leadership style matters in delivering sustainable performance. I am also passionate about team diversity and firmly believe that bringing together people with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences leads to stronger teams, better decisions and better business results.
What has always interested me most in business is people: why some leaders thrive in a particular environment, how they create impact and what makes the difference when organisations are going through change. I have always been fascinated by the combination of context, leadership style, culture and individual potential—and by how these elements come together to determine whether someone will truly succeed.
At Borderless, I bring this experience and curiosity to executive search. I want to understand not only what an organisation is looking for on paper, but what it really needs from its next leader. I enjoy going beyond the CV to explore leadership impact, potential, cultural fit, adaptability and the ability to create change in complex environments.
For me, great executive search is ultimately about making the right connection between an organisation, its ambitions and a leader who can make a genuine difference.
