RPM has announced an organizational reshuffle in which its group presidents will report directly to chairman and CEO Frank Sullivan, leading to the early retirement of COO Ronald Rice. Rice has been a part of RPM’s leadership team for over two decades, according to Sullivan.
RPM in late June announced a deal with activist investor Elliott Management (New York) under which it will undertake some governance changes.

The investment enables the steam cracker to increase the share of renewable and recycled raw materials used in its (ethylene and propylene) production. The move supports the Borealis Strategy 2030 for a circular economy. The Porvoo investment program is expected to be completed in 2025.
