The Campbell’s Company has announced changes to its senior management to drive growth and speed up the process of its strategic plan.

As part of the changes, Elizabeth Duggan, current senior vice president and general manager, will now be president of the company’s snacks division as of 12 May, taking over from Chris Foley, who will step down in July after 25 years with Campbell’s.

Janda Lukin, currently senior VP and CMO for the snacks division, will step into a newly created role as chief growth officer on 2 June. In this position, she will lead enterprise-wide growth strategies and oversee revenue growth management. Both Duggan and Lukin will report directly to Campbell’s president and CEO Mick Beekhuizen and will join the company’s operating committee and corporate officers.

Reflecting on his departure, Foley said: “After 25 incredible years, the time has come for me to move on. This company has been a place of growth and a source of endless pride. I am deeply grateful for the talented teams, inspiring colleagues and the opportunity to contribute to such an iconic business.”

Duggan joined Campbell’s in 2019 as senior vice president of the company’s transformation office before leading the Canadian business as SVP and GM. In her new role, she will oversee growth and margin expansion for the snacks division, working alongside Foley until his departure. Mackenzie Davison, currently VP of marketing Canada, will take over as president of the Canadian business.

Lukin brings over 20 years of food industry experience and joined Campbell’s in 2016. She was named CMO for snacks in 2019, where she played a key role in boosting innovation within the division.

Commenting on the appointments, Beekhuizen said: “Elizabeth and Janda have each played pivotal roles in transforming Campbell’s over the last several years. They are the right leaders to drive our strategy and take our performance to the next level.”

He added: “Chis has made tremendous contributions during his Campbell’s career, including successfully leading both division. He is an outstanding executive and person who leaves a legacy of excellence at our company. He has been a valued partner to me and others and we wish him the best in the next step of his career.”
