SidelGPT: AI meets maximum data security

Sidel employees are embarking on a new experience with SidelGPT, the company’s newly built internal AI solution integrating Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Through SidelGPT, Sidel is delivering maximum data privacy and full security control to its employees, while empowering them with new digital technology.

Vahe Ter Nikogosyan, VP Digital Transformation & Technologies, shares, “SidelGPT is designed to facilitate our employees’ daily tasks and boost productivity and creativity safely, retaining all of Sidel’s data and sharing nothing with the outside world.We also are continuing to enhance SidelGPT with Sidel-specific information sources to further increase the power of this generative AI application.”
